Machar
Machar serves third through fifth graders and strives to develop their sense of spirit-or "Ruach"-toward their synagogue and community while helping them develop their Jewish identity. Machar youth participate in activities to celebrate the Shabbat experience and work on community service projects, such as raising money for Tzedakah to help our community's needy or bring joy to our community's senior citizens through joint projects. They also participate in fun activities, such as going to the movies, bowling, playing miniature golf, and sometimes just hanging out with their synagogue friends for a sleepover.
