Carnival, Raffle and Auction to Benefit Early Childhood Center.........posted Feb 3, 2009

The Tikvat Israel Early Childhood Center's Carnival and Raffle Extravaganza on Feb. 22 serves as this year's major fund-raising event.

A day of fun and games is guaranteed for the children, along with a silent auction, live auction, raffles and the electrifying magic of Jay Mattioli for young and older attendees.

This is the perfect winter activity for toddlers, preschoolers, young children and grownups. All activities take place place in the Tikvat Israel social hall.

Here's the full rundown:

11 a.m. - 2 p.m., Bouncy Castle (ages 18 mo. - 6 yrs), Crafting Center, Face Painting/Nail Polishing, Carnival Games, Cookie Decorating

11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., Lunch for Sale (vegetarian/parve options available)

11:30 - noon, Stand Up Magic Show by Jay Mattioli

Noon - 1 p.m., Strolling Magic

12:30 p.m., Live Auction: Class Projects & Teacher-Hosted Outings

1 - 1:30 p.m., Stand up Magic Show by Jay Mattioli

1 p.m., all auction bids conclude

1:30 p.m., Drawings of Raffle Winners

2 - 2:30 p.m., Auction Item Purchase/Pickup

No entry fee is charged for this day. Tickets will be sold throughout the day for Raffles, Games & Activities, lunch/drinks. Cash and checks will be accepted for ticket purchase, and live/silent auction winnings.
