During Shabbat services on September 21, the congregation will hear an informative talk by Carol Marcus from the American Friends of Leket Israel. Carol is their Associate Director of Development and has been with this organization for 12 years. Tikvat Israel has provided financial contributions to support their work. We were delighted that Carol contacted us and generously offered to speak about the important work that her organization does as Israel’s National Food Bank.
