eptember 11, TI volunteers will be providing a full hot dinner to approximately 24 residents (mainly women and children) at the Stepping Stones family shelter in Rockville. The kid-friendly dinner menu, created by TI in accord with shelter guidelines, will consist of cornflake-coated chicken, rice, green beans, fruit cups, and brownies. Volunteers sign up in advance to prepare or purchase the various menu items. All food contributions will be dropped off at TI on September 11 and then delivered to the shelter by the program coordinators. This event takes place 4-5 times a year. Prior sign-up is required.
