A dedicated group of volunteers, led by Alan Apter, came armed with ladders, screwdrivers and mallets to build Tikvat Israel’s back-patio sukkah on Sunday, Sept. 20. TI community members will complete the sukkah at 9:45 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 27, by adding the s’chach (roof), lighting and decorations.
Sukkot begins Sunday, September 27 with several celebrations during the week. Notably, Thursday, Oct. 1, with Pizza in The Hut sponsored by the ECC and Oct. 2 with a Congregational Shabbat Sukkot Dinner. RSVPs are required for both events.
