Tikvat Israel’s sukkah has been completed. Day 2 of sukkah construction, led by Alan Apter and his crew, added the s’chach (roof) and lighting. The Atid religious school pupils and volunteers added the decorations.
Sukkot begins Sept. 27 with several celebrations during the week – including Thursday, Oct. 1, with Pizza in The Hut sponsored by the ECC, and Oct. 2 with a Congregational Shabbat Sukkot Dinner. RSVPs are required for both events. See details here for the Congregational Shabbat Sukkot Dinner.
