The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington provided the trash bags and work gloves and Tikvat Israel lent the labor during a morning-long cleanup of Rock Creek Park near the synagogue as part of Good Deeds Day on April 10. Among those who fished trash out of the creek and along the banks were students affiliated with TI’s Atid Learning Center under the helping hand of Rachel Denrich, the school’s director.
