Tikvat Israel’s board of directors will meet at 8 p.m. Monday (April 25) in the Flax Library to review a proposed operating budget for 2016-17.
The board’s budget committee, chaired by Treasurer Steve Raucher, will provide an overview of the proposed $1.6 spending plan for FY ’17 and the process that his committee used to solicit input from all corners of the synagogue. The board will be asked to approve the budget so that it can be ratified at a congregational meeting on Sunday, June 5.
The board will consider other matters, as well, at its monthly meeting.
Members of the synagogue are welcome to attend all board meetings. President Melanie Grishman will preside.
