We had the male comedian poll up for a week longer than I’d planned, due to a very busy work week on my part. I have now uploaded the women. Let the voting begin!
Many folks requested that Lily Tomlin be included in this poll – but, as far as I can tell, Lily is not Jewish – I’ve looked at quite a few online resources, and nowhere do I find any convincing evidence that she’s Jewish. If I’m wrong, please let me know, and I will happily add her to the list.
The men’s poll is still open – Tom Lehrer is winning, with 25% of the votes, and Jon Stewart a close second.
If you want me to add anyone, on either list, add a comment to this post – and I’ll happily add them (with sufficient evidence that they “qualify”!).
