Tikvat Israel welcomes Rochelle Berman as our guest sh’lichat tzibbur. She is an undergraduate student at the Jewish Theological Seminary and Barnard College. She is a regular ba’alat koreh and sh’lichat tzibur at the Columbia/ Barnard Hillel and other synagogues. She has taught trope, prayer leading skills, and Judaics. She is also the music director of Pizmon, the Columbia/ Barnard/JTS Jewish a cappella group.
