A series of top professional and amateur storytellers will command the stage at Tikvat Israel Congregation in Rockville, Md., during the 7th annual True Stories show at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 10.
In addition, the synagogue is hosting a storytelling workshop prior to the True Stories show on Nov. 10. The workshop, led by professional storyteller Noa Baum, will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a one-hour break for lunch provided by Tikvat Israel.
Baum also will direct a 30-minute pre-show, starting at 3:30 p.m., giving workshop participants a chance to share the story they developed during the workshop.
The workshop cost is $75, which includes lunch and admission to True Stories.
