More than 50 members of Tikvat Israel, their family members and friends have purchased tickets through the synagogue’s Women’s Network to see the Washington Nationals play the Pittsburgh Pirates at 1:35 p.m. on Sunday, June 21, at Nationals Park in Southeast Washington.
This marks the fourth year that the Women’s Network has purchased a block of tickets for a Nationals game, and the ticket count is the highest ever. When a group reaches the 50-ticket mark, the Nationals list the group’s name on the giant outfield scoreboard midway through the game.
Tickets will be distributed to congregants beginning the week of June 1. Contact Anita in the shul office to make arrangements for your pickup.
