Tikvat Israel membership committee representatives attended two major events in Olney. These events were coordinated under the leadership of Fred Wagner and Michele Eisenberg.
On Sunday, Oct. 11 Tikvat Israel members had a booth at the Olney Farmers and Artists Market.
Members of Tikvat Israel, including Rabbi Benjamin Shull and his wife, Stacy Lang, attended the Olney Chamber of Commerce Community Night on Monday, Oct. 12.
Tikvat Israel had a table with membership information. Many congregants helped staff the table and offer information to attendees.
This was the 36th Annual Community Night. It was created to bring community members together to learn what local businesses have to offer.
During the event Rabbi Shull was interviewed by Aline Barros of County Cable Montgomery also known as MyMCMedia.
