Molly Amster, daughter of Tikvat Israel congregants Michael and Debbie Amster, is now executive director of Baltimore’s branch of Jews United for Justice (JUFJ), according to an article in Baltimore Jewish Times.
The article also mentions TI: “She also grew up in what she described as an “egalitarian, conservative, socially progressive” synagogue, Tikvat Israel Congregation in Rockville.”
