Micah Cowan, a fourth-year Rabbinical student at the Jewish Theological Seminary (JTS), will speak about his experiences at JTS. Micah grew up in Rockville, became a bar mitzvah at Tikvat Israel and his family are longtime members of Tikvat Israel.
