Tikvat Israel is proud to announce that Hannah Smith was elected next year’s president of the USY Regional Board at the annual spring convention of Seaboard Region USY. The convention was held this weekend at the Sandy Hill Retreat Center in North East, Md. Hannah is the daughter of Ellen and Jeff Smith. In addition to holding elections, the convention attendees participated in ruach-filled song sessions, a beautiful Shabbat experience, movie night, sports, a dance, a community service project and the ever-popular end-of-year slideshow and awards.
