The annual Israeli Dance Festival DC opens at B’nai Israel Congregation in Rockville on Saturday, March 5, at 8:00 p.m. with an all-ages dance party.
The festival continues on Sunday, March 6, at 3:00 p.m. at the Bullis School in Potomac. Fabulous Israeli Dance performances will be followed by dancing for all ages. This event features D.C. area dance troupes, with performers from our own Tikvat Israel members who are part of the dance troupes Kesem, Yesodot, and Mavrik!
Dancers from TI include Jennie Berger, Hannah Smith, Marnina Cowan, Matthew Kaminow, Ellie Schwartz, and Miriam Gardsbane.
