Rachel Denrich has been hired as Tikvat Israel’s new youth and education director, beginning July 1.
A Baltimore native, she is returning to Maryland after four years in California as a Jewish educator and youth programmer. In one role, she managed communications, budgeting and events for a school with more than 100 students.
At TI, Denrich will run the religious school and teach the combination 2nd/3rd grade class. “Her enthusiasm is infectious, and she is eager to dive in and begin molding our program,” said Louis Leibowitz, a TI vice president.
