Judy Davis, a congregant at TI, won gold medals in both badminton and swimming in the Maryland Senior Olympics, a competition that took place in September in Rockville and Germantown. Congregants joined parents and students from Atid Learning Center on Sunday morning to honor our pets. We read part of Parshat Bereishit, said a bracha for the small wonders of the world, and walked our animals (a live and stuffed) down an aisle. It was wonderful to see so many loved animals here!
