TI Appoints New Director for Education and Youth

USY Encampment & Kamp Kadima

Several Tikvat Israel youth joined the Seaboard Region at Capital Camps in Waynesboro, Pa., where they spent a week with other Jewish 6th-12th graders from across Maryland, Virginia, D.C. and North Carolina.
