Nearly 40 members of Tikvat Israel and a few friends enjoyed all the but the final result of the Washington Nationals game against the Colorado Rockies on Sunday (Aug. 28), as part of an annual congregation outing conducted by the TI Women’s Network. Despite the mid-90s heat and humidity, they rooted in the comparative comfort of the shaded upper deck overlooking home plate as the Nats dropped a 5-3 decision.
