Rabbi Benjamin Shull was joined by 20 congregants on Monday, Sept. 19, for what he called “an annual spiritual checkup.” Monday was the first of a two-part workshop on examining and treating our spiritual health. This was just in time for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. The group used modern and ancient techniques to do a full “neshama/soul” work-up. The Rabbi joked, “all insurance plans accepted (heavenly and otherwise).”
The second session meets Monday, Sept. 26, after minyan at 8 pm.
