Join Rabbi Marc Israel and Rabbi Uri Topolosky for a weekly study/discussion on The New Jewish Canon: Ideas and Debates 1980 – 2015 edited by Dr. Yehuda Kurtzer and Dr Claire Suffrin. This collection of essays and commentaries serves as both text and textbook for modern Jewish intellectual and communal thought, canonizing important ideas and debates of the past two generations. Just as importantly, it will stimulate debate and scholarship about the future. The Tuesday Study Group is co-sponsored by Tikvat Israel and Kehilat Pardes and will alternate locations (and teachers). The first class will be Tuesday, October 28 at 10 am at Tikvat Israel.
